Non-Refundable Deposit

All projects begin with a 20% deposit of the total service cost, which secures your spot on our schedule and covers initial project expenses. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 2-month money back guarantee, excluding the non-refundable deposit, from the service commencement date, should you be dissatisfied with our services. This guarantee allows for a refund of the total amount paid minus the 20% deposit, under the terms outlined below.

Retainer Fee

We charge an annual retainer fee ranging from £50 to £200, depending on the client’s chosen packages and services. This retainer is refundable within 30 days following your annual payment. Cancellation of services within this period will result in a stoppage of all active services; however, your website will remain accessible online until the paid period expires. Minus the fees this may incur.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under our money back guarantee, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and may reach out for additional information or to try to resolve any issues.
  3. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note, the refund will be calculated as the total payment made to [CookCorp UK LTD] minus the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Exclusions

Our refund policy does not cover domain registration fees and third-party services/products. These expenses are non-refundable as they are paid to external parties.

Website Uptime and Maintenance

CookeCorp UK LTD strives to maintain the highest possible uptime for your website. However, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime due to factors beyond our control, such as hosting issues or required maintenance for upgrades and updates. We commit to minimizing downtime and providing timely communication regarding any scheduled maintenance.

Legal Terms and Liability

CookeCorp UK LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold CookeCorp UK LTD and its employees, harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
